Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By registering, logging in, accepting an invitation, or using any platform feature, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you use the platform on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to act for that organization.

2. Accounts and access

  • You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.
  • You are responsible for protecting your password and for activity performed through your account.
  • Workspace owners, project managers, and authorized admins may invite users, assign roles, suspend access, deactivate accounts, and manage membership according to project needs.
  • Do not share accounts or attempt to access workspaces, projects, users, or content that you are not permitted to access.

3. Workspaces, projects, and content

The platform is designed for managing tasks, bugs, subtasks, sprints, dashboards, comments, attachments, history, and related workflow data. You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of content that you create or upload.

Do not upload malicious files, confidential information you are not allowed to process, or content that infringes another party's rights.

4. Permissions and administration

Permissions determine which actions each account may perform. Platform content such as interface text, validation messages, platform email templates, Terms, and Privacy Policy may only be managed by the platform owner account and authorized platform support. Other admins may manage workspaces, projects, users, roles, operational features, and their own email templates only within their granted permissions.

5. Plans, payments, taxes, and third-party charges

  • Account tiers, limits, and upgrade benefits are shown in the platform and apply only after the platform confirms the payment as successful.
  • When a payment is marked pending, upgrade benefits are not active yet. If a payment fails or cannot be verified, the account remains on the previous active tier.
  • Unless the platform clearly states otherwise, displayed plan amounts are for platform access only and do not include bank fees, transfer fees, payment intermediary fees, exchange-rate differences, telecommunication fees, internet charges, taxes, duties, charges, penalties, or any other cost imposed by a bank, payment provider, government authority, or third party on the user.
  • You are responsible for any tax, fee, charge, declaration, withholding, or government obligation that applies to you, your organization, your bank account, or your payment method under Vietnamese law or any other applicable law.
  • The platform does not collect, withhold, remit, reimburse, or pay on your behalf any tax, state fee, third-party payment fee, bank fee, or other amount arising from your payment, except where a legal obligation is imposed directly on the platform or the platform expressly confirms the opposite in writing.
  • If the platform receives less than the required plan amount because of bank charges, intermediary fees, deductions, withholding, or transfer errors, the platform may keep the payment pending or request the missing amount before activating the requested tier.

6. Availability and changes

The platform may be updated, reconfigured, or temporarily unavailable for maintenance, security, backup, or local server reasons. Features, tiers, limits, and pricing may change as the product evolves, while account and permission rules remain enforceable.
